By Emanuel Patrascu, on Dec 13, 2011

It's the most wonderful/anxiety-inducing/calorie-filled/electricity-using/jolly time of year!  Okay, so it's not the catchiest of lyrics, but we all know it's true.

Member of the Month: Nick Constantino

By Emanuel Patrascu, on Jun 8, 2011

Younger, and Still More Active Than You.

OCYR's May Member of the month is Nick Constantino.  The youngest MOM of the month to date, Nick is an intern for Orange County Supervisor Shawn Nelson and active in the OC GOP Youth Associates.  As if school, interning, and grassroots activism wasn't enough at the ripe age of 18 (...the good old days...), Nick was recently elected President of the UCI College Republicans.  He's showing us that one person really can make a difference- and reminding us why we all got involved to start with.

April Member of the Month: John Ford

By Emanuel Patrascu, on Apr 28, 2011

OCYR's April Member of the Month is John Ford!  John works as a lawyer for the City of Anaheim (don't worry, he's one of the good ones!) and is a great example to future OCYR's looking to make a real and significant impact in their community while pursuing impressive career goals.  John also finds the time to organize events and outings with fellow OCYR's, like  a recent viewing of Ayn Rand's Atlas Shrugged.  Leaders like John are what make this club one of the most (okay, we like to think THE most) succesful Young Republican groups statewide.  Cheers, John!<img src
